Looking for a healthier way to kick off the weekend? Skip the crowded clubs and say goodbye to the hangover. Every Friday starting July 10th, we are opening our doors for “Fridays are for the Fit Fam” with completely free guest access.
Experience a true healthier happy hour. Whether you want to catch up with friends at the barre, experience a Friday group class, enjoy a podcast & cardio, or simply decompress with some poolside mocktails and me-time, the club is your designated space to connect and recharge
However you choose to kick off your weekend, come prioritize your wellness and start your Friday night feeling completely refreshed.

*Valid for local, first-time adult guests. Valid photo ID required upon entry. Limit one free guest pass per person. KIDS SUMMER CAMPS AT ACTIVE!
Join us for any or all of our Kids Camps at Active at NorthBay Health.
Kids, ages 5-12, will enjoy games, crafts, snack, physical activity, and free play on each day of camp. Camp runs from 9am-1pm, Monday-Friday with the option to add on discounted Swim Lessons for an extended day from 9am-3pm.
