Step-By-Step Instructions To Join Online In Mindbody
- Select your membership type above, then complete the following steps:
- Click Join Online to view pricing, then tap Next.
- Leave contact fields blank and select ‘Create a Profile’ (Note: All Users Should Select ‘Create a Profile, regardless of previous membership status or existing Mindbody profiles.)
- On the following screen, you will be prompted to create an account for Active Wellness Center at NorthBay Health in Mindbody, by completing the following:
- Enter your email address
- Create and enter a password
- Enter your contact information, your emergency contact information, responses to medical questions, and your agreement to the liability release.
- After all fields are complete, select Create Profile.
- On the following screen, enter your payment information, review your information, and click ‘Submit’ to complete your enrollment. Upon joining, you will be charged for your first month’s dues.
