1 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon Sunflower Seeds
1 tablespoon Slivered Almonds
1⁄2 cup Canned whole fat coconut milk shake well before opening
2 tablespoons Sesame Tahini

1-3 teaspoons hot sauce add to your taste

- Preparing the Kelp Noodles:
- Place kelp noodles in a colander and rinse well while loosening the noodles from one another. Let the noodles drain while you prepare the sauce.
- Preparing the Sauce:
- Add the coconut milk, soy sauce, tahini, garlic powder and hot sauce to a medium sized bowl. Whisk ingredients until well blended.
- Put it All Together:
- In a large mixing bowl add the carrots, cucumbers, seeds, almond, noodles and sauce. Squeeze in the juice from a wedge or two of fresh lime. Toss with tongs until well mixed. Allow to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Toss with tongs one more time before serving. Garnish with sliced avocado and a lime wedge. Enjoy!
