As flu and cold season approaches, and with COVID still circulating, it’s important to protect yourself and others while staying active. Here are five quick tips to keep in mind:

  • Wash your hands before and after your workout for at least 20 seconds.
  • Wipe down equipment before and after use with provided disinfectant wipes.
  • Stay home or wear a mask if you’re feeling unwell or have symptoms of a cold, flu, or COVID-19.
  • When possible, bring your own gear like water bottles and mats to limit shared surface contact.
  • Keep a safe distance from others, especially during peak times.

Together, we can stay healthy and active this season!
