Shea Vallaire

We are thrilled to welcome Shea Vallaire to the team at Active at Reed’s Crossing.

Shea brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the team that we’re excited to share with our members!
Growing up in a very Active family (her mom was a professional skier) Shea developed a passion for fitness early on. She ran cross country and track in college, where she learned the importance of strength, stabilization and recovery – shaping the thoughtful and holistic approach she brings to her coaching today.
Her approach focuses on helping clients feel confident, strong, empowered and supported, while building a healthy and sustainable relationship with movement.

Endurance & weight loss training

Fitness for beginners, older adults and women navigating hormonal changes

When she’s not training, you’ll find Shea outdoors running, skiing or hiking – or inside baking, crafting or learning the drums
