We joined here about a month ago and we are very happy… Very clean, really nice people that work there, excellent weight room and exercise equipment. Very nice locker rooms, with individual showers all first rate. My wife loves the classes. We live in Novato and used to go to the another club in Corte Madera otherwise known as rip-off city. Active Wellness Center is half the price with better equipment and locker rooms. It also has a great outdoor pool!

I have enjoyed my time at Active Wellness Center beginning with friendly smiles and greetings from Zona and Jamie the moment I walk through the doors to the friendliness of the staff and maintenance folks. The equipment is top notch and well maintained. Members are cordial with more than a few familiar faces from a previous club. I look forward to my workouts and interacting with staff and members. For me it’s money well spent physically, mentally and socially.

Love this gym! Competitively priced against other gyms in the area, with much better amenities. Free access to sauna, steam room, and fitness classes (excluding Pilates and f-45 similar class, last time I checked those were additional 20–25 per session). Staff is always so friendly and the gym is always so clean!
I also appreciate that I receive an email with any updates/maintenance to the gym. Last season a heat pump (or something similar) went out on the jacuzzi and they actively emailed me with updates on ordering parts, scheduled maintenance, and completion of fixing it. All which was done in a timely matter. They have updated so much equipment there as well in the year I’ve been with them. Cannot say enough good things about this gym! We initially did a free trial and signed with Jamie, definitely ask for him if you are interested in joining! Thanks for a wonderful experience!
