Adult Swim Fitness

Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:30pm-6:30pm


Build your confidence in the water or improve your swimming skills with a certified swim instructor. 1-on-1 or Small Group Sessions available. We will focus on endurance-based workouts addressing proper body mechanics and stroke techniques. This is a great way to meet new people swimming in a productive team environment. This class is open to all levels with the prerequisite of being water-safe (being able to swim without touching the bottom of the pool). We hope to see you in the pool soon!
