What are your hours of operation?
Monday–Friday: 5am–9:00 pm
Saturday–Sunday: 7am–7:00 pm
Can I tour the club before joining?
Yes! Schedule a tour by calling (707) 776‑8080 or emailing petaluma@activewellnesscenter.com. Virtual tours and online info are also available on our website.
Do you offer guest or day passes?
Yes, we offer complimentary 3-day guest pass available for first-time local adult guests (18+). Request yours by completing the short form on our website here, or contact us at 707-766-8080 or petaluma@activewellnesscenter.com.
Day passes are also available for purchase by repeat or out-of-town guests; contact the club for current pricing.
MEMBERSHIP & BILLING
What membership options are available?
Individual, Senior, Youth, and Child Add-On memberships are available. Primary members may add others to their account to create a customized plan that works best for them.
We also offer upgraded memberships with access to Personal Training and ZONE small group training programs designed to maximize results.
Can I add someone to my membership?
Yes, adult add-ons are permitted and do not need to live in the same household, but all must be billed to the same EFT account. Contact the club for details.
Do you participate in Silver Sneakers?
No, Active does not participate in Silver Sneakers. We do offer discounted memberships for Seniors and Senior Add-ons.
Do you offer student, military, or senior discounts?

How do I cancel my membership?
Cancellations are accepted by phone, email, or through our website and will be applied to the next billing cycle. You can submit your cancellation by:

Yes, we offer the following:
- Pools open during club hours with lap swim by reservation
- Swim lessons for all ages, private and group, with member discounts
Does the club offer Group Fitness Classes?
Yes! We offer a variety of classes including HIIT, yoga, barre, boxing, aqua fitness, and more.
Pre-registration is required via the Active Wellness Center app or Mindbody App.
