Individual Coaching
Together with your Dietitian, you’ll work toward developing the tools and healthy habits to ultimately support your health goals. Offering 3 and 6 month options, each program includes:
- One 75 minute introductory session with a Registered Dietitian
- Monthly or Bi-weekly 35-minute follow-up sessions
- Weekly check-ins and continuous support from your dietitian
- 24/7 email access to your dietitian for additional support between check-ins
Group Sessions
These programs are for those looking to improve their health with the support of a nutrition professional as well as other members with similar goals! You’ll be encouraged to utilize one another as a source of motivation and accountability.
- 1-4 Week Group Sessions
- 3 Month Group Program Available
Virtual Support
ACTIVATE Nutrition is our virtual program, designed for those seeking guidance in developing healthy habits and incorporating proper nutrition to improve overall well-being. You can expect:
- Weekly virtual sessions with your RD
- One Personal Training session
- Personalized educational content and tools
- For local guests, four complimentary day passes to the Active Wellness Center location of your choice (non-transferable).
