I believe my role is to guide you toward YOUR goal in the most effective, safe and fun way. I believe exercise is medicine. Even moderate exercise is beneficial for your health and well-being. SHERRY BONEKAT
Fitness Specialist
Bio: Sherry has worked in the health and fitness industry since 2010, but has been interested in promoting living well strategies for the majority of her lifetime. In addition to providing exercise and physical activity guidance, Sherry also coaches clients to balance other lifestyle behaviors such as nutrition, sleep hygiene, and stress management. She is specifically interested in educating clients about behavioral methods that support long-term healthful lifestyle habits.
Sherry is a parent of two young adult children and lives in SW Portland. She enjoys all forms of outdoor activity as well as gym workouts, and loves to experiment with health-promoting cooking and baking techniques. She is currently developing gluten-free recipes to share with anyone choosing to lower gluten intake while still enjoying nutrient-dense, delicious foods
