What are your hours?
Our current hours are 5:30am – 9pm weekdays, 8am – 6pm on Saturdays, and 8am – 3pm on Sundays.

How do I join?
Join online HERE.

Can I try the club out before joining?
Yes! Your first visit is on us (for local, first-time adult guests). Claim your guest pass here and we’ll be in touch to schedule. 

What is included in the New Member Welcome Kit?
Getting started off on the right foot is so important to us that all new members receive two (2) 60-minute orientation appointments with a Personal Trainer.
 

Do you have locker rooms?
Yes! We have well-appointed locker rooms fully stocked with showers, toiletries, towel service and day lockers.

Do I have to provide my own lock for the day lockers?
No. Our day lockers are digital. We’ll show you how to set your custom code on your first visit.

Is there a sauna or steam room?
Yes, there are separate men’s and women’s saunas located inside each locker room. 

Is there a pool?
Yes! We offer an indoor warm water therapy pool, a whirlpool, and heated outdoor lap pool.
The outdoor lap pool is 25 yards and open year-round.  Outdoor pool temperature range is 80-83. Indoor pool temperature range is 89-92. Whirlpool temperature range is 101-104.

Do you offer childcare?
Yes, from childcare to youth programs, we offer something for every member of the family to stay active. 

What kinds of classes will be offered?
We are continuing to expand our group fitness schedule, with the goal of offering a wide range of formats, from yoga, cycling, barre, dance, cardio and more, you’ll find all of your studio favorites, right here under one roof!

Will reservations be required for classes?
We do require all participants to “register” for each class, but registration is easy with our Active App. Once downloaded, you can view, book and plan your workouts from anywhere, anytime!. Log into your account via the Active app and classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance. Members can also register for classes right before class starts, if spots are available, on our class check-in iPads outside each studio.

What are the different membership options?
We offer flexible monthly memberships designed with your lifestyle in mind. Choose from:

Individual Memberships:
No long-term contracts; the only commitment we ask you to make is to a healthier you.

Corporate, Senior & Youth Memberships:
Discounted memberships are available for employers, seniors and youth! Eligibility required upon opening or will be subject to adjustment.

ZONE Program Membership Add-on:
This includes unlimited small group training. Includes unlimited ZONE classes, our athletic-inspired small group training program designed to maximize results. Led by an expert coach, this revolutionary workout uses heart-rate training technology and team-based camaraderie to take your workout to the next level.

Activate Program Membership Add-on:
Activate is your healthy life RX. In addition to club membership, this personalized wellness program provides you with one-on-one support from our team of fitness, wellness, nutrition and recovery coaches and the EGYM Smart Strength Circuit, so you are armed with a roadmap toward optimal health.

Do you offer family memberships?
Yes, we offer flexible membership options for families. Rather than a one-size-fits all family plan, individuals can add family members to their account at the applicable adult, senior, youth and children’s add-on pricing. This ensures that every member of your family receives the best pricing, and that your membership plan fits your family’s needs.

What is your youth policy? 
We welcome family members of all ages to enjoy the club and get active! To ensure everyone’s safety, here are the ages for youth access to the club:

Ages 13-17 can use the facility without a legal guardian but must receive fitness staff approval by completing two (2) fitness orientation appointments. These appointments will determine if there is an appropriate maturity level for self-use and to review fitness floor safety. Fitness staff will have the authority to approve or deny self-use for 13-17-year-olds

      • 13-17-year-olds can lap swim in the pool without adult supervision (lap swim only)
      • 16+ year-olds can participate in family swim or other non-lap swim pool activities without a parent present
      • Non-members who are 13-17 years old must be supervised by their legal guardian at all times while in the club, unless participating in a staff-supervised program

Ages 18 and older are considered adults and would have adult memberships.


Can I purchase a membership for my youth only?
Adults can purchase a membership for Youth, ages 13-17 only, but a Youth orientation is required and must take place prior to self-use.

At what age can Youth be onsite without parental supervision?
Ages 13-17 only, but a Youth orientation is required and must take place prior to self-use.

How many adults can be added to a membership? 
Members may add one adult to their membership, provided they live at the same address and bill to the same EFT.

Do you offer military or first responder discounts?
Inquire at the club or through our online form for information?

Do you offer any other discounts?
Ongoing discounts are available to Seniors, employees of corporate partners, and Providence Health caregivers and employees. Certain conditions apply and proof of eligibility is required. Discounts may not be combined with other offers. 

Do you accept Silver Sneakers or other senior discount programs?
We currently offer a discounted membership for those individuals who qualify for the Renew Active/One Pass Medicare & Medicaid Premium network, and One Pass Commercial Standard network through United Healthcare. Inquire with your insurance provider to determine eligibility, then bring your Insurance ID with you to the club to join.
