Family Swim Reminders:

• Youth are only allowed in the indoor and outdoor pool during Family Swim times noted on the schedule/in the Active app.
• Please follow pool schedule times, locations, and designated lanes.
• Youth must be supervised by parent(s)/guardian(s) at all times.
• All parents must fill out a Parent Permission Form in person in order to allow for another individual to bring their child for family swim.
• Swim Facilities Acknowledgement forms are required to be filled out for every Family Swim Visit
