GENERAL INFO

What are your hours of operation?

Monday – Wednesday: 5:15am–9pm

Thursday: 5:15am–8pm

Friday: 5:15am–7pm

Saturday: 8am–4pm

Sunday: 8am–3pm

Can I tour the club before joining?

Absolutely! Schedule a complimentary tour or watch our online video tour on our website. To book, call (707) 251‑1395 or email napa@activewellnesscenter.com.

Do you offer guest or day passes?

Yes! Complimentary 3-day guest pass for local, first-time adult guests (18+). Day passes are also available for purchase by repeat guests and out-of-town visitors. Contact the club for current day use rates.

MEMBERSHIP & BILLING

What membership options are available?

Individual, Senior and Youth memberships are available. Primary members may add others to their account to create a customized plan that works best for them.

Can I add someone to my membership?

Yes! Adult add-ons are available and don’t need to live in the same household. Primary member must complete an authorization form, and all billings go through the same EFT account.

Do you participate in Silver Sneakers?

No, Active does not participate in Silver Sneakers. We do offer discounted memberships for Seniors and Senior Add-ons. 

Do you offer student, military, or senior discounts?

Yes—we provide special rates for students, seniors (65+), active military, police, firefighters, and healthcare/Providence employees.

Can I place my membership on hold?

Yes, holds are available for a monthly fee, and medical holds are free with a doctor’s note. Contact us to submit a hold or check current fees.

How do I cancel my membership?

Cancellations are accepted by phone, email, or through our website and will be applied to the next billing cycle. A 30-day notice is required. You can submit your cancellation by:

Do you have locker rooms & showers?

Yes! Our locker rooms include showers, changing areas, day-lockers, and towel service, along with the following personal amenities:

  • Shampoo
  • Conditioner
  • Body wash
  • Spray deodarant
  • Cotton ​swabs
  • Mouthwash
  • Vitamin E Face Cleansing Wipes
  • Hair Dryers
Are towels provided?

Yes, towel service is included with membership .

Do you have sauna and steam rooms?

Yes, Active at Napa has saunas in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms. (Steam rooms are not available at this location.)

PROGRAMS

What Personal Training options are available?

One-on-one, buddy training, and small group programs like TRX Suspension Training. All new members receive two complimentary sessions with a Personal Trainer, including a fitness assessment and InBody Composition Scan, and a welcome workout. 

Are the pools open regularly?

Yes, the lap, therapy, and whirlpool are available during operating hours. Lap swim reservations can be made via Mindbody or at the Service Desk.

Do you offer swim lessons?

Yes, group and private lessons for ages 3 months to adults, plus swim clubs. Members receive discounted pricing.

What group classes are available?

Yes! We offer over 30 weekly classes, including cycling, yoga, dance, barre, strength, HIIT, boxing, and aqua fitness. Our dedicated studios host a wide variety of classes every day. See the class schedule here.

Do I need to register beforehand?

Yes. Book online, via the Mindbody app, or call the Active at Napa Service Desk at 707-251-1395 opt 2.

App & Booking

Active Wellness Center has its own mobile app designed to help you manage your membership, book classes, track your workouts, and stay connected with the club. You can easily view schedules, register for group fitness classes, and receive club updates-all from your phone.

We also use Mindbody for class reservations and membership management. You can download the Mindbody app to browse class schedules, book your spot, and manage appointments conveniently. Both apps work together to give you a seamless wellness experience.
