At Active Wellness Center Napa, we know that your workouts are better with friends. That’s why we’ve extended our add-on savings to include your friends and family. That’s right – add adults to your membership account with reduced pricing on dues.* They don’t even have to live under the same roof! Get started below.

STEP 1

Primary member completes the authorization form below and lists all add-on members. Primary member is authorizing Active Wellness Center at Napa to bill all add-on members under their primary account. See (*) details below for eligible membership types.

STEP 2

Each add-on member completes their own add-on membership agreement below.

STEP 3

Once we receive the primary authorization form and each add-on membership agreement, we will initiate all memberships.

STEP 4

You will then receive verification that all memberships have been initiated via email and can check-in at our Service Desk to pick up your member key tag and schedule your complimentary Welcome Workouts.

*Only current adult, senior and student members are eligible to have Add-on members on their account. Current Add-on, Active & Fit, Silver & Fit, Optum/Renew Active/One-Pass, ExerciseRX, and Corporate members are not eligible to have add-on members on their account. Add-on members must be 18 years or older. All primary and add-on memberships must bill through the primary’s EFT. Certain conditions and restrictions apply. Current add-on pricing is valid until 11/30/23. Valid at Active Wellness Center at Napa location only.
